BUY A BOOKSHELF AND HELP THE LIBRARY GROW

Donate $40 to the library expansion, and your name, or the name of a loved one, will be engraved on a brass plaque and permanently displayed on one of the library bookshelves. It's a unique opportunity to support your local library and leave a legacy for all to see.
On a first come-first served basis you can choose what section you would like your plaque to be in.
Thank you for supporting this important project.
Opening Hours Have Changed
Starting Monday March 15th (until further notice) the Library hours will be Monday to Saturday 11-6 to allow work to be done for the library expansion.
Thank you for your patience and understanding.
We still need your help to complete this project. Click here for more information and for ways you can donate.

The Nelson Municipal Library and Areas E, F, and H are investigating the feasibility of implementing Regional Library Service for all area residents. Currently residents in Areas E, F, and H do not contribute to library service through taxation and are therefore not eligible for a free library card. The Nelson Municipal Library is looking for input from area residents about potential changes to library service to address current and future needs.
